Of course!: 50% of women bleed at some point during pregnancy. Taking Progesterone at 10 weeks will not affect whether you bleed or not. Although a scientific randomized study has never been done on whether bed rest can help in these situations most physicians in europe (but not in the usa) will recommend modified bed rest. I assume that you have also had a recent ultrasound to assess feral growth and heart.
