Cannot predict: With such a short interval between periods you just cannot predict when the next one will occur. One can only predict based on a pattern of menstruation that occurs regularly every 23-34 days. Anything shorter or longer than that range indicate likely non-ovulatory bleeding, which is irregular by definition.
