See a psychiatrist: Panic attacks (if this is a right diagnosis) is genetically predisposed disorder which could be triggered by psychogenic trauma. Convince your b/f to see a psychiatrist( not a psychologist). Your yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) has nothing to do with it.
