High BP: This blood pressure reading is high. Was it taken at rest? (not right after exercise or otherwise moving around, etc) are you overweight, such that your BP cuff might be small for your arm? If these conditions were not going on, you'd want to continue monitoring your BP & working with your physician on reducing it. Generally you want a BP no higher than 120/80.
