Consult w/ your PCP: I would establish care with a primary care doctor or provider in person if at all possible. Sounds like you need a thorough history and physical exam to help figure things out. "sick" means different things to different people, and it would take time to figure out your symptoms and what, if any, tests need to be ordered to figure things out.
