Most likely is: Allergic reaction to certain things your have been exposed . It could be soaks , boots , or external environmental factors . I would advise you to explore what are the things you did differently prior to the onset . Aside from this , i suggest to use calamine lotion or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) lotion and see how the progress. If symptoms persist , see your pcp.

Hives??: Could be hives if it looks like red, rasied mosquito bite like bumps that are intensely itchy. You can try some topical cortisone cream mixed with topical Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream if there is no open sores from scratching. You can also take an oral antihistamine to calm down the itch from the inside-out. If the rash persists, see a doctor since a rash is best treated when a doctor sees it.
