By late morning afternoon my temp is around 99.5 or less. i am ana+ 1:640 elev sed. cbc ok. by evening/sleep temp is norm. could cancer cause this?

Temp : It is not likely to be cancer. Because of your slightly elevated ANA and sed rate i would make an appointment with a rheumatologist for evaluation.
