GetPvt consult in UK: Sorry bad part of your national health i us can be done on same day (us will be inheriting similar sys soon )fertility window is only few days in a cycle 4 to 5 days before ovulation and with 2 days after ovulation if did not happen in next 3 months , you have to get sperm count & tubal patency by your doctor then will refer to fertility expert.

Common problem: Most data suggest an average of 6 months trying prior to conception which includes some on the shorter and longer intervals. Most in the us do not suggest any fertility workup until after a year without success. Hang in there and it could happen any day.Good luck.
