No: I do not think that your biopsy cause your nausea symptom. However if you are giving any med for pain, it may cause your nausea.

Something else: A cervical biopsy can sometimes cause cramping or nausea during the procedure or shortly after the procedure. Symptoms occurring after 12 hrs is probably something else.

Not related: Even if you have sedation during procedure , most of drugs will be eliminated by 24 hrs ( some may be48 hrs ) speak to your surgeon some upset of stomach possible will clear soon.Hope you will get good new from the biopsy.
