PROBABILITY: Most probable is a muscle pain fromthe lawn mowing. But not enough information to be sure because you don't know enough about this sort of thing. Your dr can help figure it out - just in case it's something different. Go. You'll feel better.

Possibilities : At the age of 19, most likely cause is musculoskeletal, i.e. Related to muscles and bones especially since symptoms occur in certain positions and movements. See your doctor for evaluation.
