PF and OA: Your heel may hurt as a result of plantar fasciitis which is often related to first step pain in the morning. This can respond well to stretching or night time splinting. Your knees may hurt as a result of arthritis and again related to early motion pain caused by stiffness that occurs at night, that typically gets better with some activity and worse towards end of day. Try otc and stretching.
