Not good: Thank you for clarifying. I was wanting to ask you if you were gay because this happens in the gay population. You can get herpes or many other sexually transmitted diseases (stds) even during anal sex. So you should see your primary care doctor to correctly rule out std's so you can get properly diagnosed and treated.
