Poor profusion: Transient spots associated with twisting of the neck sounds like decreased profusion to the visual cortex. With difficulty opening jaw it is possible there is underlying problem with tight muscles from magnesium deficiency. Topical magnesium oil, heat and stretching might remove the underlying imbalance.
