Migraine: The vertigo and dizziness from sound and light sensitivity is very consistent with migrainous vertigo. You needn't have a headache to have this kind of migraine. You should also have a hearing test to evaluate your hearing since there are some rare other conditions that may cause vertigo with loud sounds.
