Current period cycle was 39 days. im on day 3 of period and ive only been spotting today. pregnancy test was negative. is it normal to have period stop on the third day? never happened before. im still having cramps, nausea and other symptoms?

A normal period length is anywhere from 2-7 days. However, a normal cycle length is 23-35 days. Your cycle is slightly longer than typical, but if this is your normal then it's nothing to worry about. Many things can influence cycles including stress, illness, medications and diet to name a few.
