Tell what?: Not quite sure what you are asking here. It appears he is going through puberty with the hairs on his genitals, but what do you need to now about him having a wet dream for?

Not to worry...: Parents can just presume that all teen boys will have or have had wet dreams, when parents are talking with boys about puberty. Whether a particular boy says he has had a wet dream or not should make no difference in the conversation. As long as puberty is moving along each year, the "when" and "how many" regarding wet dreams doesn't really matter.
