Sinus infection: I can think of no common reasons causing sinusitis that would be treated by flagyl. The answer is no.

Maybe: Some chronic sinus infections may become difficult due to the overgrowth of anaerobic bacteria, and your doctor may choose Metronidazole as part of the treatment regimen. You need to be seeing an ENT for serious infections of this type.
