ESI might help: Lumbar radiculopathy is common following disc injury and other kinds of spinal stenosis. These often respond to epidural injections.

Nerve test: Presumably you are referring to a report from a recent nerve test. It is important to see a neurologist or neurosurgeon who can order imaging and blood work to determine the cause of your pain and then begin a course of treatment to relieve the pain.

Two things: It means that when they tested the nerves in your legs through a nerve conduction test they founded two things. First, a radiculopathy indicates an irritation of a nerve in the back. Second, a neuropathy is a condition in which the nerves are not functioning well systemically, often due to a underlying metabolic condition such as diabetes or thyroid disease, for example.
