2 injuries or 1+: 1st may have been a more serious injury than u thought, hamstring tear & now more easily injured, & will b a chronic problem. Especially if it took a long time 2 heal. If u had a short recovery & then pain free up 2 the time of injury # 2, it may b just the luck of the draw. Solved by not doing it any more. Now pain may b hamstring attachment inflammation & may b chronic. Warm up, nsaids, act mod.

Hip: Try rest and ice to alleviate your symptoms. If your symptoms do not resolve you should see an orthopedist for an xray and evaluation of your hip.
