There is no Such official term.: A complex personality disorder means that you have traits of a number of different personality disorders. A personality disorder is defined as an enduring sets of personality traits that are present irrespective of your mood. These are conditions that either cause you or others discomfort and impact you and your social and occupational functioning. I would recommend you discuss this with the doctor that that established the diagnosis so that you can have a clear understanding of what is meant.

Complex Personality?: To get an explanation specific to you, you need to ask the doctor who diagnosed you. But in general, a personality disorder is a rigid & inflexible pattern of perceiving, thinking, and behaving no matter what the external situation. There are several types, with different characteristics. Sometimes these overlap, or a person has characteristics of multiple ones at the same time ("complex").
