Fitness: Youth and fitness don't come out of pill bottles. Since my med student days in the 1970's, scientists have sought elixers of longevity and delayed aging in antioxidants, vitamins, and what-have-you. The one robust scientific finding is that a sensible, spare diet and plenthy of aerobic exercise is your best choice. None of my science / medicine colleagues say they take anti-aging pills.

Best Brands?: This is really a complex answer given the number of brands currently available. And, it really depends on the specific supplement or food product you are looking to purchase. For any brand, i would look at purity of the product and where they sourced it as well as any additional ingredients to better understand just how pure this product really is.

Specifics, please!: In general, if you are talking supplements, an organization like Life Extension will provide you with a broad range of supplements as well as a steady source of information about anti-aging topics. http://www.worldhealth.net/library/ contains a broad range of information also without specific brands (and therefore less sales hype!) If you mean SKIN aging, there's a lot out there. I like NIA 24.
