Weight loss, f/u lab: Elevated triglycerides can result in fatty deposition in the liver/pancreas causing liver enzyme elevation/exacerbating Insulin resistance. Focus first on reducing some weight (ideal weight would be 6-9 kg less), and keeping saturated fats, alcohol under control.
