C ur gynecologist: Without knowing why the dilation and curettage (D&C) was done, passing blood with clot 2 months after the procedure is not normal. You should see your gynecologist to be evaluated, including assurance that the reason for the D&C was removed. Meanwhile do not take any Aspirin or other blood thinner.

See Gyn ASAP: Something is definitely wrong if you are passing bright red blood with tissue or clots two months after a d&c. It is not of any value to guess what the problem is--you must see the gynecologist or family practitioner, whoever did the procedure.
