Back pain and nausea: With real bad back pain, nausea, and fever, i think you should be seen by someone in the emergency room. You need to rule out a kidney infection. A strep infection from your throat can travel to your kidneys as well. Kidney failure which i don't think you have, can cause restless legs. I note that you were on Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and that can worsen restless legs as well. Best wishes and get well soon.
