Ask pediatrician: It could be from the nipple delivery system and the type of bottle allowing more air than usual. A different system may help. See your pediatrician to asses the situation. Most importantly rule out anything else causing the abdominal discomfort and insomnia.

Uncomfortable baby: You should speak to your pediatrician. Some infants cannot tolerate breast milk, causing abdominal distress and pain.
