Let's analyze : The MRI lesions are nonspecific, and at your age, more likely secondary to micro-vascular angiopathy for the most part, but of course migraine, prior head trauma and other problems could also cause the "spots". Your main issue is the frequent headaches, which can be prevented via many interventions including both prescription and otc meds. Do get sed rate and CRP tests.
