Variable: This is a challenging condition to have (as you are well aware). There are a few patients who do well with Isotretinoin for hidradenitis. And excision of the involved areas also can help. Laser treatment of these areas (nd-yag, 1064 nm laser) can also help. Sitting down with your dermatologist to discuss what option is best for you is crucial to help with this problem.
