Chin skin: At your age, there are some exercises of the neck muscles that can provide some toning and improvement as there is close association of the neck/facial muscles with the skin. Exercises probably won't be totally effective. Other options include skin resurfacing with dermabrasion, laser treatment, liposuction or even a face lift, but these are pretty aggressive treatments.
