A member asked:

Is urine color indicative of hydration?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Bin Sung answered

Yes: The lighter the color, the more hydrated your body is and vice versa. Drink 6-8 cups of water is our daily recommendation. Of course, not counting if you sweat under the sun or from exercise.
