Disc Degeneration: Gas can become trapped in an intervertebral disc that is undergoing age and stress related degeneration. It could be associated with a pinched nerve.

to reconcile the two opposing answers so you are not confused, Dr. Hebb is correct. There is something called a vacuum phenomena, where there can be a vacuum within a disc space resulting from advanced degenerative disc disease. It is more common in your lumbar spine (lower back). I'm assuming that was not what your question was inquiring about. Especially considering you are 33 year old. But if you are referring to a vacuum within your disc space(s), then go with the answer from Dr. Hebb (it is absolutely correct.) If you are referring to gas anywhere else -- say under your skin, or tissues, etc. then the answer is NO, it cannot come from a pinched nerve.

No: No, it shouldn't. See your doctor for an examination.
