Yes, but...: Different people have different reactions to prednisone. Prednisone can make a person tired, fussy, excited, irritable, etc... However, many illnesses can make a person tired, so one cannot simply blame tiredness on the Prednisone (the doctor can consider the various causes of the tiredness).
