Scalp psoriasis : Mild forms of scalp psoriasis can be treated with with ketconazole shampoo 2. It can be used daily . Scalp psoriasis can be difficult to treat at times and may need stronger agents such as tar shampoo, selenium shampoos, salacylic acid and topical steroids depending on severity and response to milder shampoos. Consult dermatologist.
