Prescription meds: The application of baby/olive oil followed by shampoo can help to remove scale, but a topical steroid medication (a foam best for the scalp) is usually the first necessary step. Shampoos accomplish little for most people. Depending upon the thickness of the lesions, scalp psoriasis can be difficult to treat. I suggest seeing a specialist to get things going in the right direction.
