Many and varied: Depending on the problem, signs can include nausea and vomiting, constipation, diarrhea, bleeding from the rectum, abdominal cramping, weight loss or gain or no symptoms at all. If you suspect some sort of problem with your colon, see your doc right away for an examination and evaluation.
