Yes but monitor BP: Arginine may lower blood pressure because it is a building block of nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels to relax. If you react strongly to it you might get a drop in BP with lightheadedness. Then you might be able to drop your medication dosage. Just keep an eye on your BP a couple times a week at the beginning..

Supplement: I am not aware of contraindication in use of arginine with losartan. Arginine is not recommended in patients with history of heart attack. Discuss with your doctor.
