Urinary: Most likely represents a urinary etiology such as urinary tract infection or kidney infection. Would go get seen at a urgent care. Also could be from the structures of the pelvis.

Many causes: A urinary tract infection, kidney infection, and kidney stone are all possible causes. There may be other causes as well. Your condition is serious enough that you need to see a doctor. If it getting worse, you may need to go to the er.
