Anything is possible: Could be, or could be from an ovarian cyst please contact your OB now or go to the er if u are 7 weeks should be able to see fetus with a normal ht beat in the uterus if u have a normal preg, should be far enough to see an ovarian cyst or a preg in the tube if u have one and if u are 7 weeks and the bhcg is high enough and the uterus is empty even if u can't see the tubes u have to r/ o ectopic.
