Is it true that even though you've had a positive on an ovulation predictor that it doesn't really mean that you will actually ovulate sometimes?

Possible: Opt says hormones are correct for release of an egg--does not guarantee there is a mature ("ready") oocyte in follicle to be released, or that follicle will reach ovary surface and burst open. Most times system works. Can discuss with your OB for fertility assistance.
