PCOS treatment: Clomid (clomiphene) is commonly in patients with pcos when you are trying to get pregnant. The goal is to increase the chance or number of eggs ovulated. Since you can't tell if or when you are ovulating, taking the Clomid (clomiphene) may make the cycle more regular. You may have to increase the dose until you can confirm that you are ovulating successfully. You may also get an ultrasound to confirm if and when you do.
