Depends : If referring to injectable gonadotropins, possoble side effects/complications include soreness at injection site, bloating, cramping, ovarian cyst(s), ovarian twisting (torsion), ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, multiple gestation, ectopic pregnancy. Chance of success depends on infertility diagnosis and age of woman undergoing treatment.
