I have a cardiologist appt.coming up, but in the mean time my anxiety is unbearable.how can you distinguish heart probs.from anxiety?its hard to tell!

Anxiety: There isn't enough information here to evaluate any other possibility but you certainly sound anxious. Wait for the cardiologist and see what is said, get help for your anxiety state.
