All, Limited: Goals?: Back to basics: our skin acts as a barrier to block significant absorption of most compounds. We keep growing & shedding skin cells, thus shedding all attached compounds along with the residual cellular debris. Most vitamin supplements (often more marketing than evidence of real efficacy, except in deficiency) are formulated as oral or injection forms; to increase ability to get past body barriers.
