Bleeding: If you are soaking a pad in an hour or less, you should be worried. Or if you bleed for more than 7 days. At 41 if your bleeding has changed significantly, you likely need to see your gynecologist for an evaluation. You wouldn't want to miss a uterine cancer which is highly treatable when detected early.
