Unlikely: Antibiotics can have an effect but steroid eyedrops are unlikely to cause a problem.

Drop in BIG bucket: Local treatments (eye drops, skin, inhalers) when (and IF) they get into the whole body get so diluted they generally can't do anything. Might be taking one milligram. lowest pill dose is 5 milligram. Steroids don't have a huge effect on birth control anyway.
