Call your dentist: Have your dentist check for stones in the duct. Sometimes you need to have an oral surgeon remove them if they don't go away on their own.

Best to be evaluated: By dentist or physician for a more accurate diagnosis. Could be something as simple as an aphthous ulcer. Hope this helps.
