For how long?: It's states that you're 22 years old and if your menstrual cycles are regular, you may want to allow at least a year of trying before aggressive evaluation. If your cycles are irregular then seek the help of a physician to help you ovulate better. At the age of 30 then giving it at least six months is long enough before seeking evaluation and treatment.
