Yes: You may, or may not, have symptoms with a sexually transmitted infection (sti; used to be std). If you think you could have an sti, you must have a culture done (with an exam). If you've been sexually active at all, you could absolutely have an sti. Both you and your partner should be checked; always use barrier contraception... And stop having sex for now.
