No: After ejaculation the sperm get into the cervical mucus within seconds. The remaining fluid with some sperm comes out of the vagina. It is very common for women to feel that there is a loss of fluid after intercourse. Usually there is enough left inside to achieve a pregnancy.

How to get pregnant: I have no idea where you got an idea of such a phenomenon as 'unable to hold sperm'. There is no such condition. Semen contains sperm. Sperm's main job in life is to swim to and connect with a reading egg to create a new life. Semen from pre-cum and ejaculation contain millions of sperm and they do not all leak out after a sexual encounter, even if there is no ejaculation.
