If its been more than 7 days of sperm inside my body could i still get pregnant ?

Sex 7 days ago?: Yes you could have gotten pregnant since it is still too early to test for it .

Pregnancy test: If you miss your period by 4-5 days do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days unless you get a period by then. Get HPV vaccine. Practice safe sex. Use contraceptive all the time, every time.

The basics: Sperm have a lifespan up to 5 days+/- inside the female reproductive tract. The egg must be fertile & in the Fallopian tube to encounter sperm for conception & happen within that 5 day period. The actual release date of any egg is more an estimate than a firm date, so you could be pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex.
