Unlikely: To be pregnancy after two negative tests which are very accurate . The most important thing to pay attention is that are there any other signs of pregnancy other than abdominal distention . If you are seriously worried , i think seeing your obgyn would be reassuring . Good luck.

Get blood tested: There are several reasons for skipping your period. Pregnancy is certainly at the top of the list and urine pregnancy tests are not 100% accurate. See your doctor and have this evaluated. It could be pregnancy, a thyroid abnormality, a pituitary growth, pcos, % body fat, eating disorder (i noted the laxative use) etc. A series of blood tests can rule out or rule in several of these problems.
